Lush '80s synth melodies and marching drums unfold beneath echoey vocals as Carrie recites her mantra: "I've been running too long, I'm tired, I'm done, I've got to switch it up, I gotta change the rhythm." This defiant hook repeats, and as more disconcerting harmonies fade in, the drum pattern dissipates and the beat transforms. Hypnotic synths turn menacing. Crashing drums are thrown across the track.
