Pulkvedim neviens neraksta (meaning: Nobody writes to the Colonel) is one of the oldest clubs in Riga. Locals just call it Pulkvedis.
It has two rooms: a bigger one upstairs, and a Bacardi Lounge downstairs. Music is different depending on the day: hip-hop on Tuesdays, house & R'n'B on Wednesdays, hip-hop & tech house on Thursdays, and special dance music guests during the weekend.
