    During the winter of 1999, with only 16 years, Alberto Sotto began exploring the DJ world, playing at a few private parties. At the age of 17 years he was djing under the nickname Pukas at nightclubs like Boulevard, Ipanema and Jungle, delivering the famous Break Beat music. In 2001 he started playing R&B at clubs like Factory, London Underground and Tramps, all situated in Fuengirola (Spain). In 2003 he retired from the stage, because he wanted to finish his studies. Returning in 2007 Alberto Sotto has now broaden his spectrum including Chill Out, Deep House, Tribal, Funky House, Electro, Minimal and Tech House, spinning at clubs like Dreamer’s, Dreamer’s Terrace, Club Cathedral, Club Boss, Loft, Three Lions, London Underground and at private events in Spain, Sweden, Denmark and Canada. During the summer of 2007 Alberto Sotto opened the nights at Dreamer’s Terrace for DJ’s like Bob Sinclar, Roger Sanchez, David Guetta, Erick Morillo, Fedde Le Grand, Dubfire (Deep Dish), Michel de Hey, Felix da Housecat, Justin Robertson, David Morales… In 2008 he promoted one of the BLUE parties at Dreamer’s, doing the warm-up for Peter Gelderblom , in June he was the co-promoter of Fedde le Grand Sweden tour 2008(also doing the warm up for him). During the year he started playing in some of the hottest nightclubs around Stockholm counting Ambassadeur, Café Opera, Laroy, Sturecompaniet, Hell’s Kitchen and Grodan. During the summer of 2008 he was booked for many events around Sweden and Norway, including appearing as the resident DJ at Dreamers Terrace , BLUE exclusive parties, both located in Marbella (Spain) and Ministry of Sound Sweden Tour. At the same time he was also working as a promoter for the Dreamer’s World Tour and as well working with two Swedish companies: Tonium, the pocket-size DJ system (www.pacemaker.net), and the web company Love the Beat (www.lovethebeat.com). In the winter 2008 he was playing in his residence at Ministry of Sound Sweden Tour and doing the warm up’s for dj’s like Roger Sanchez, Niki Belucci, Benny Benassi, Deadmau5 and Martin Solveig. Influences: Trentemoller, Dubfire, Axwell, Fedde Le Grand, Wally Lopez, M.A.N.D.Y., Radio Slave, 3 Channels, Shlomi Aber, Tim Weeks, Loco Dice, Josh Wink, Gui Boratto and Richie Hawtin are some of his modern inspirations sources. The former ones includes The Doors, Bob Marley, Credence Clearwater Revival, Supertramp, Eagles, Pink Floyd, Jean Michelle Jarre, Blondie, Police, Queen, U2, Orbital, The Chemical Brothers, Fatboy Slim, The Prodigy, Gigi D´Agostino, ATB (…) Thanks to my family, friends and to everyone that supports me in my DJ career.
