Top DJs as Adam Beyer, Pan-Pot, Ilario Alicante e Sam Paganini, Amelie Lens, Jospeh Capriati, Richie Hawtin, Marco Carola, Len Faki (...) often play his music during their radio shows and live performances.The sound of Alex Rubino's releases is very personal and at the same time close to the roots of the techno music. Just like his DJ sets, his tracks are really effective on the dancefloor. "The job that every DJ has is to make people go crazy. All the rest doesn't count that much", he says laughing.He produced "lilac", his first record when he was 17 years old. The breakthrough for his career was probably "Warning", an EP released in May 2017 on Phobic, Sasha Carassi's label. Right after he released music on Second State, Pan-Pot's imprint. "We met on the stage of Shade Festival. They were making the crowd go crazy playing 'Dacks', but they didn't know that I produced that track"... Techno gods work in mysterious ways.
