- London based Drum and Bass Producer and DJThis London based DJ and producer has over the space of 18 months, risen to become a name synonymous with the notion of fresh emerging talent within Drum and Bass. His first full single Heartshaped/ All in Good Time (as part of the ongoing Blocks and Escher collaboration) was released in 2009 to critical acclaim and gained support from artists as varied as Fabio, ASC, Sabre, Alix Perez and Spy. The sense of space, emotion and energy within said tracks offered a glimpse of the sound and direction the artist wishes to project with his music; consequently becoming a portent for what would follow. Enter 2011 and we await a slew of singles from the long term collaboration of Blocks and Escher; on some of the scenes most forward thinking labels such as Shy Fx's Digital Soundboy. This partnership continues to forge new music and experimentation with fresh tracks beginning to appear albeit steathily in some of the biggest DJ's sets and radio shows. If you have come across sets from Doc Scott, Shy FX, Loxy and Rockwell in the past 12 months, chances are you have heard some of these new undercover efforts.
