- WHO IS CAROL? CAROL is a duo of electronic music producers into deep tech and oldschool vibe. CAROL are Fedex and DamianThe word CAROL is derived from the old french word carole, a circle dance accompanied by a chorus. Carols were very popular as dance songs during the european Middle Age, used as ritual songs to accompany religious mystery plays. Strongly believing that “club culture” is the contemporary declination of the human instinct for irrational and rituality, Damian and Fedex decided to adopt that word as a monicker for their musical project based in Milan. They found natural to collaborate when they first met joining the Cockette Party crew sharing their passion for clubbing, vinyls, italodisco, beards, lipsticks, acidhouse and analogic synthtizers Carol have already released they first vinyl and video (Body Ep on Swedish Brandy Production) while bringing their live act across the underground scene.̸- Life&Limb - Cage seeks bird (Carol Remix) (2013) - W.
