Behind C.E.E Shepherds are Albert Salinas (aka Wooky) and Mario G. Quelart (aka Lucient) and both are part of the Lapsus music platform. With this project they move to the stages the new sublabel of Lapsus, Club Excursionista de l'Electrònica (C.E.E.). This is the bizarre club branch of the collective, and proof of this are the references that have already been published from national and international artists such as Airaboi, Moiré (R & S / Ghostly) or James Welsh (Phantasy Sound). C.E.E. Shepherds is a young project, but it has already peformed through renowned events such as Sónar, or on Wired Live at the Tate Modern in London in 2018. Whether together or separately, Albert and Mario can also be found playing by regularly on LAUT club in Barcelona, in which Lapsus is also in charge of artistic direction. Their sessions are mysterious excursions in which they can start from experimental soul or jazz, climb to house and afrobeat and culminate at the top of electro, acid or even techno. After all, for our C.E.E. Shepherds, the most important thing is always their flock. - Mario G. Quelart is a DJ and producer from Sabadell with extensive experience playing regularly in the most emblematic places of Barcelona, such as Apollo, Razzmatazz and Moog, at festivals such as MIRA and being an active part of the Lapsus collective. Since 2012 and under Lucient's alter ego, his career has taken a step forward with risky sessions that honestly mix Leftfield Techno, House, IDM, Balearic, World Music and Rare Groove, with a fascinating result that responds to the curiosity of an artist in constant search for new sounds. Albert Salinas, the renowned Barcelona producer known on stage as Wooky, who has published to date 'The Ark' (Lapsus Records, 2010), the acclaimed 'Montjuïc' (spa.RK, 2014) or his split with bRUNA 'Archives' (Lapsus Records, 2016). With this new project, Salinas opens up to the club without leaving behind the references that have led it in recent years to step on such important stages as Sónar, Mutek, TodaysArt, Insomnia, BAM, SMA or Norberg, or to be part of the Red Bull Music Academy Bass Camp.
