  • “Vibrant, electronic and pulsating beyond belief...“ (english press for a music magazin) "An amazing liveact, wonderful" (Alan Fitzpatrick, 2011) "...that´s a real ableton liveact" (Julian Jeweil, 2011) "I would play this techno-bangin shit! Amazing..
my liveact tour "family backstage" 2011 “Vibrant, electronic and pulsating beyond belief...“ A live act by d-part could also be described differently - the feelings afterwards, however, always remain the same. His 2011 live act tour “family backstage“ describes the relationship between bed and beat, which is rather an intimate challenge than a conceptional contradiction. Like warm acustic fog, which dissolves in a variety of styles, ready to be inhaled, his current setup is covered by the traces of his 2010 live act tour “audiophunk“. D-part performs his harmonious ideas and grooves in such complex manner that normally requires six hands! All this results in a bombardment of electronic emotion, full of contrast, variety and heart-breaking sound. more info...: d-part‘s musical birth and initial impact on electronic dance music date back to 1993, the year the so-called “Euro-Dance” was born. Acts like Snap, Dance2Trance, KLF and Kraftwerk had a strong influence on him in a not yet clearly defined world of electronic sound, harmony and its new generation of people celebrating in dark basements and other fancy party locations. The legendary Omen, Maydays, Mass-Raves, HR3 Clubnights and Tunnel Raves were a part of his life as well as the fresh bread roll or cheeseburger on an early Sunday morning at Frankfurt Main Station or Terminal 1 of Frankfurt Airport after another bad night at the glorious Dorian Gray. The fulfilling feeling of creativity and tension literally forced him to enrich the world with his individual interpretations as both a young producer with a Commodore Amiga and as a DJ. At first, d-part particularly attracted attention in the Rhine-Main area and was able to secure gigs in no time, which took him behind the decks to the XS and back to the legendary underworld of the Dorian Gray in Frankfurt. After a six-year creative break (electro-musical amnesia), he reverted to his “old love and passion” in 2007. Old and new contacts brought him and his powerful sets of Techno and Techhouse back behind the decks and the enthusiasm of his audience was stronger than ever before. As a so-called “old-schooler”, d-part only had some basic knowledge and experience in producing with analogue devices, but in 2008/2009 he educated himself in new technologies and took the important step into the world of digital beats, loops and sounds. His creative power and perfectionism soon resulted in very promising first tracks. So the decision to perform live was not a hard one to make and the reactions of his audience have clearly confirmed that it was the right one. d-part now finished 2010 his first liveact-tour "audiophunk", performing with different music artists. The style of his current sets and liveacts is generally described and identified as powerful technoid and at times techno-house oriented with progressive and psychedelic synthesizer elements.
