- up beats and down beatsOriginally from Tucson, Dan moved to Chicago where he played percussion locally, nationally, and internationally. He has drummed in numerous rock and jazz groups, with a variety of musicians, including Neil Hagerty, Jason Ajemian and Jeff Parker. Since leaving Chicago, Dan has continued to collaborate on original music, from Joe Clark's Auto Delta Time to Janet, with Idiot Glee’s James Friley.
