A real DJ, a magician behind the decks , leaves no one indifferent, whether performing as a headliner or a warm up.Earth had passed through 12 of it's solar cycles since the dance floors have been hit with Dj Jock's perception and interpretation of modern dance music. He first showcased his DJ talent in his early teens, supporting many contemporary heavy-hitters at his summer club residencies on the Croatian coast and testing his early songwriting skills. At only 18 he signed his first official release as DJ JOCK, which got into some influential promo-pools, making his efforts visible worldwide. Year 2012. was a definite breakthrough for DJ Jock as his hot number “Chicas”, released on Pornographic Records, got many plays from top-tier artists on events like Awakenings, Exit Festival and throughout Space Ibiza's summer season, making it one of the year's unofficial hits. This major impact secured him an array of releases on the Cristian Varela's influential imprint, highlighting his production skills for the years to come. His first tour abroad was a big success, making him a regular at many of the regional dance music mecca's and a noticeable addition to Umek's 1605 label. In 2015. thing started getting crazy for DJ Jock as his first release on the behemoth Intec Recordings swiftly launched his career into a stellar orbit. In a an exclusive Beatport interview the mighty Carl Cox named DJ Jock one of techno's rising stars while his releases were starting to regularly hit Beatport's top 20, with constant support from the likes of Adam Beyer, DJ Sasha and Ilario Alicante. Soon his Europe-wide bookings took off, making him a regular guest at events such as ADE Amsterdam, Ultra Europe, Moondance and NoSleep festival, alongside sold-out events with his own Roots club-night. DJ Jock established himself as a household name on many of today's most influential labels, his evolving work gets steady appraisal and he set a professional studio space in his hometown of Split. Hi is a regular winner of many regional DJ awards, and the worldwide renowned brand Timewarp selected his track Tunnel to be the theme of it's official aftermovie.
