In 1995, after only 2 years, he plays his first gig at the Lovezoo Club (Neuchatel). He becomes the headline and resident DJ of the club very fast, and starts to play all over Switzerland. In 2000, his 1st release “Shaiva” on Cyber Records will be on compilations from Danny Howell for the Global Underground series and supported by artists in between the famous Steve Lawler, DJ Tenaglia and John Digweed….. and stay #1 of UK Progressive House Charts during 12 Weeks!! The young and talented DJ & Producer crossed the border and is committed to an international carrier. During 5 years he will produce on Bedrock Labels, and one track will be on the compilation by the most revered Djs: Carl Cox, Satoshi Tomiie, … He also starts his 1st World Tour in more than 25 Countries from USA to Japan, going through Mexico & Europe, playing regularly in the most famous clubs such as the Space (Ibiza) or the Fabrik (London). In 2003, his track “Musik Play” will be #7 Best Sellers in Progressive House Worldwide. In 2005, he releases his 2nd Mix CD compilation “Backstage” and starts a second World Tour. As time goes by, Nukem’s music style becomes more sexy & groovy, as well as more electronic. 2005 will be the kickoff of the Pure Q events at the legendary Club Q (top 5 club in Europe at this time), which Nukem will promote in the biggest clubs all over the world, playing alongside legends as Marco Carola, Deep Dish and Audiofly. He will also mix in Miami in the famous Tomi Lee’s club Rock Bar during the WMC. In 2007, his famous track “Secrets”, released years before will be selected by a big Movie Festival for a 4 minutes long movie. During this year, from a national point of view, Nukem will remain a key personality on the Swiss electronic scene. Additionally to his residency in the legendary Q-Club, he plays in the most renowned clubs: Mad, Hype, Oxa, Rohstofflager, Supermarket, D! and many more … At the end of 2012, after 2 years of total break with DJing and Producing, Nukem comes back for his Birthday, playing with his friend Gogo at the Superyellow event, the most famous Underground label from Zurich. A few Months later, he releases “Never say Never” on the US label Tulipa Records and is propelled to the Tech House charts on Beatport. 2 Other tracks will follow on this same label, one of which will be #4 most heard Tech House tracks of the charts. In 2015, Nukem is more than ever decided to dedicate his life to his passion, and ready to manage his numerous projects. He starts again to perform in many Swiss clubs, is reactivating the label Musiq Records with Gogo, and also prepares an EP with his life-long friend Dan Noel,… but this is just to name just a few.
