- Dog Days are Irish based production duo Ray Taff and Colman Buckley. After much success under their techno alter ego Dualtec they decided to form Dog Days and take on the house scene. Check out their first EP release here coming up on Audiojacks ex..Since meeting in college 4 years ago Irish duo Dualtec have gone from bedroom Dj's to respected producers on the Irish and International scene. After much success on the techno scene under 'Dualtec' music tastes and production styles/ techniques evolved and the guys decided it was time to launch an assault on the worlds house scene. With early support from the likes of Audiojack, Huxley, Eats Everything, Tim Green and Slam, Dog Days are already on their way to making a big impact on the scene. The guys have recently signed with Audiojacks label 'Gruuv' and are set for their first release on both digital and vinyl. Huge emphasis is put on the production side by the lads who have been honing their skills in the studio for a long time now with countless hours and sacrifices made to get to this stage. The guys have developed their own house style with vintage leads, haunting pads, fat bass and chunky percussion the order of the day. Live percussion, play a huge part in their productions with old school 606, 707 and 808 beats supplying the groove. This offers a more challenging and rewarding music experience in the studio and had fuelled their passion and love for all things house.
