He has dedicated himself to pioneer and expand the underground music scene in Seoul by hosting numerous events including Revue, Kammer, Faust Nacht, and Omni Fest. Dooit is also one of the original members of the renowned club Faust. As a breakdancer in his childhood, Dooit was inspired by various genres of soul from hip-hop to motown, influencing his later sound. Starting in his earlier career from 2002-2008, Dooit became well known for his vibrant vinyl sets of disco, funk, and breakbeat. Since then, he has devoted himself to electronic music. Dooit has created his own unique, three-dimensional sound, synthesizing Detroit and minimal techno. His EPs, “Envelope Affair” and “Distort” were released under Ameniia Records.
