- Ingredients:20 years of making music,vintage and classic old skool synth sounds mixed with love with a generous sprinkling of tech house drum powder. Bake until well aroused.Born in London 1974 but raised organically in the wide-open fields of Northumberland, Kenton Duffield is a country boy with the pulse of a city still running through his veins. Having a passion for music from early years, the ability to produce his own sounds was realised with the birth of the home computer age. Learning, analizing and experimenting with sounds, he did his apprenticeship on the early Commodore C64 and Amiga computers, which although limiting, pushed him to squeeze every ounce of sound from these early machines. Culminating over the years to a full hardware studio of synths, effects units and classic analoge sounds. Times move on, and technology improves, his work still retains that simple grounded structure, a beat, a melody and above all a groove, " from 8bit to 64 bit, the music still needs to move you".
