- Elias Garcia from Florida United States, label founder of “Sceptre Records” / Hypnotic Techno Producer and DJ.With a quick rise early in the game, Elias began constructing musical production towards his eerie hypnotic sound producing on Decoder’s label ”Codec“ with his first debut EP title “Binary”. In 2022 he began Djing & playing live events together with the Roland TR 09 drum machine for III Points Festival & Club Space events in Miami, Florida. Later then, he released his first album on Subsist Records “Parallel” which had then later been played by DVS1, Samuli Kemppi, and Kr!z.
