- Fallow Twin is a BC-based DJ and producer known for maximalist all-hardware Live PA sets that his partner says sound “too skittery”. Wide-ranging in style and genre, his tracks jump from melodic acid, techy dub, frenetic drum chops, and resting ambient....under a two-field rotation, half the land was planted in a year, while the other half lay ƒαℓℓσω... Fallow Twin is the increscent sound and video practice of artist Amos Hertzman, who resides on what is now known as Galiano Island. He has performed at events including Big Joy, Quiet City, Sequential Circus, Ramen Gorilla, Eye of the Storm, Music Waste and many more. He has releases on comps by Kitty on Fire and Air Texture (Place Vancouver), as well as several self-released albums on Bandcamp. Amos is the co-founder of Active / Passive for whom he curates and produces experimental electronic events.
