- Furtherset is the project of Italian electronic producer Tommaso Pandolfi.It was 2011, when Furtherset debuted playing live at three of Italy’s main electronic music festivals of that time: Club to Club, Dancity and Dissonanze. Gradually, he started defining what was becoming his current register: layers of timbre-modulated sounds and dense rhythmic geometries which, through a process of transformation and liquefaction, converge towards a single harmonic plane. A sort of “wall” of sound, greater than the sum of its parts. Furtherset creates ever-shifting music touching on ambient, modern classical and rave, building on his approach to composition, where long fades and occasio-nal cuts continuously transform the scene. After releasing his album «No Logic No Death» in 2015, Furtherset was invited to participate in the Red Bull Music Academy in Paris and became part of The Italian New Wave, a promotion agency associated with Club To Club Festival that is dedicated to the quintessence of the Italian electronic scene. Following several releases with various labels, Further-set is now part of Swiss label -OUS, which released his two EPs «To Alter and Affect» and «Drawings of Desire and Hate» (both in 2018). His album «To Live Tenderly Anew» is out in December 2020. Furtherset has performed live, among others at roBOt Fes-tival in Bologna, Macao in Milano, Spazio Aereo in Venice, Istituto Svizzero di Roma, Superbudda in Turin, Tones on the Stones Festival in Verbania, Circolo del Frattempo in Zurich, Bad Bonn Kilbi in Düdingen and Üle Heli Festival, Tallinn.
