- Come check Gallegos in a dance near you!Born and bred in London, before moving to Somerset, Gallegos is a true underground gem on the rise. Music was in his veins from day one, with the trumpet and drums becoming his early companions. But it was the influential documentary SCRATCH that propelled him onto the path of turntablism, gifted with Technics 1210s at just twelve years old. Gallegos' beat juggling skills grew, building routines after drawing inspiration from A-Trak, DJ Premier, DJ Shadow, and Afrika Bambaataa. The Drum and Bass scene called, and Bristol's raves became his haunt. So it didnt take long for Bristol to become home turf and a place where his passion for music could truly thrive.. Co-founding SHAPES, a legendary night where he shared stages with many electronic legends from Jeff Mills, Leftfield and Floating Points to Carl Craig and DJ Bone amongst others. Soon, production became his canvas, painting stories on labels like Slump Recordings, Holding Hands, Semi Delicious, On Loop, Banoffee Pies and his own Room Service label. Gallegos quickly gathered support for his inimitable contribution to the dance music canon with support from institutional radio stations including BBC Radio 1 and BBC 6 Music, as well as influential artists including ND Baumecker, Bradley Zero, Moxie, Eris Drew, and Job Jobse. 2022 saw Gallegos' star rise further with a spot on TSHA's Fabric Live mix, an Ian Pooley remix, along with two appearences at world renowned Panorama Bar. As 2023 maintains its upward momentum and yet another Panorama Bar performance added to his repertoire, Gallegos has also left his mark on dancefloors in Paris, Tel Aviv, and across the UK.
