After getting involved with almost all kinds of music styles, in 1991 he meets “techno&house” and it's like a non-stop-euphoria. After that he decides to devote all his attention to Music. Over his first experiences around Cologne he encounters underground soundsystems. From then on, nothing could stop him. In 1996 Gianni decides to go to Berlin – doing it his way. Headlines like these jump up: “The name Vitiello stands for integrity in the Berlin Club-scene” (Berliner flyer). Gianni Vitiello is one of Berlin-underground-techno-scene's most representative DJs. But the name Vitiello also stands for rocking clubs even far beyond the city boundaries. No wonder – there's just no match for Gianni's artistic two-hour DJ-fireworks that take the crowd's breath away or boil the club's atmosphere slowly to its peak. His secret: The diversity of progressively rocking beats or "smart four to the floor, with deepness and a booty-shaker-factor", as Gianni himself puts it. And that's what it is all about – Gianni Vitiello combines intelligent dance music, organic deep tracks and killer beats with an extroverted and enthusiastic show. By combining his skills as a DJ and a live performer, he is able to keep up the excitement for hours. His favourite finished vinyls come either from Europe or South America; his own tracks stand out because of their groovy, warm sounds. Gianni has become a global player.
