- Argentinian DJ & producer that has releases on Deeperfect, 303lovers, Lapsus, Bla Bla, SK, Lemon-Aid, Noexcuse among others.GRUUVE is the moniker of the argentinian artist Tomas Acosta, well known for his unique Tech House productions that he defines as 'tribal grooves'. As an autodidact, he fought very hard to make a name for himself in the industry, being creative and moving away from generic music. Both his DJ sets and own productions have the dynamics that one expects from a professional artist. After 2 years releasing music in underground labels, in 2014 Deeperfect found him and asked for some tracks. "Wrong file" was the name of the EP that put Gruuve on the radar of the big names in the industry. A few months later he made his debut on Luigi Rocca's 303lovers where he released a two tracker EP. Nowadays he continues releasing music on well respected digital labels such as Lapsus, Muse, Bla Bla, SK, NOEXCUSE, Lemon-Aid, Trapez, among others. Also he has his own imprint MUUV, that manages with his wife. Throughout his career, he has achieved big support from the most recognisable artists of the globe such as Marco Carola, Stefano Noferini, Roger Sanchez, Miguel Bastida, De La Swing, Max Chapman, George Smeddles, Dennis Cruz, David Aurel, Nicole Moudaber, Nic Fanciulli, Latmun among others. He is currently living in Barcelona, Spain. Tomás is a rising & ambitious artist and a clear example of hard work and dedication.
