- 1/5 founder of Upitup Records in 2003, one of the first ever labels to release free music digitally. Producer, Promoter and DJ in since 2001. Active in the UK since 2009. Isocore is part of the Distant Future Association.As a producer: always in search of difficult solutions for simple tasks. The means of productions are sometimes as important as the result. His signature sound is very recognisable but not easy to put down in words. Avid collector of broken junky synths and hater of presets. Released his music starting from 2003 on labels like Distant Future, Acroplane, Icasea, Sitdownandance, I Absentee, Soulseek Records, Emotion Wave, Post Music and Dobialabel. As a promoter: specialised at baptising venues, started in Rome, Italy in 2007 with the NOVE:VENTI 9:20 series, which featured artists like My Dry Wet Mess (Brainfeeder, as Mickey Eats Plastic), Sytrjv, Tracky Birthday, Pierlo, Res_Et, Spagnoletti. The following year he took part at the organisation of the series Cutoff as artistic director, which featured artists like Frank Bretschneider, Pierre Bastien, Ladytron, Jason Forrest and Indica Ritual (former band formed by artists like Dialect and God Colony). Since 2009 he has moved to Liverpool and joined Jacques Malchance as part of the Upitup night organisation which organised countless nights in Liverpool featuring artists like Luke Vibert, Graham Massey, Gerald Donald, Ceephax Acid Crew, Team Doyobi, Legowelt, Datassette, Cygnus the list is endless.. The latest Upitup event was a stage takeover at Bangface Festival featuring VHS Head, Rob Hall, Cursor Miner, PP Roy and more. As a live performer: active since 2003 with countless live shows in the bag all over europe. Always playing live, been performing on a full hardware impro setup since 2010.
