Debuting his production status in 2013 with ‘Clubhopper’ on French label Paranoiak, Joey went on to play shows throughout the UK and Europe, gracing the DJ Mag VIP stage at Global Gathering. In 2015 he debuted on BBC Radio 1Xtra, dropping a guest mix for UKG MVP , and remixed Danglo on Kitsune Records. His production work soon caught the attention of major labels, landing him remixes for (Sony) (Virgin Records) and (Universal), as well as a release on 's own label Nightbeast Records. Joey returns in June with new single ‘’. Inspired by his love of classic house, the single offers an infectious vocal hook over a slick sampled groove, loaded with feel-good summer vibes. “With ‘Eyes’ I wanted to make something fun and uplifting” Joey explains. “I’m influenced heavily by early Hed Kandi classics, and , and I wanted to come up with something that represents my love for this music and the styles I love the most”.
