- The John Wick of TechnoKash, in a few words, is like no other. Born in the Middle East in the late 80's, he grew up in a conservative household hidden away making Hip Hop and UK Garage mixes on cassette tapes for fun, unaware that music will become a part of his life forever. After a lifetime of not knowing how many genres of music existed, far away from home, Kash first discovered underground electronic music in Montreal Canada in 2008. In 2010, he forced himself into isolation in his current hometown Vancouver BC, where his talents of transforming horizons with music were fully discovered. With a uniquely organic and philosophical approach to music, Kash's style evolved from a Techno minimalist to breaking boundaries of electronic music without losing his deep-rooted baseline. A style that possesses the hypnotic magnitude that makes people come together in a shared flow state. An approach to performing with undeniable energy, which can be felt over more than just audible senses. A feeling that can be described as dark, yet familiar comfort. K.A.S.H has shared the stage with outstanding artists such as Nina Kraviz, Tale Of Us, Lucy, DJ T, Erika, Sterac, Guy Gerber, Claude VonStroke, SoulClap, Tanner Ross, POPOF and many more. Due to his distinctively different sound of Techno K.A.S.H became one of Vancouver's youngest headliners and promising upcoming artists. K.A.SH's music can be described as many things, but never monotone or predictable. Kash is also active in the music community beyond being an artist. He began his career hosting The Kinks & Kicks podcast and founding AstroChimp Music. In 2014 he became the host and resident at Sunwave BC one of Vancouver's most raved outdoor electronic music events to date. After launching his own record label Mono Grande in 2016, K.A.S.H released his debut album "Made of Kings" (Mono Grande Records). The album was a great introduction to Kash's production prowess, a masterpiece that took his listeners on a style-bending, and genre-defying journey. Earning him long awaiting notoriety, and worldwide acclaim. His range had blurred the lines between genres, allowing him to break through the realms of the common Techno DJ. Over time his reputation and, unique approach to music earned him one of the largest followings in Western Canada, along with the support of veteran DJ’s and those who possess an ear for true underground electronic music. Out of the studio and on the stage, is where Kash is truly in his element. Creating energy in every venue that few can parallel. His sound transcends the borders of continents and the mind. Kash always looks to improve and push boundaries with his music. He has done unreleased remixes for artists such as Moby, Gregor Treshor, Josh Wink, Miss Kitten, Smash TV, Timo Mass and his wildly popular remix for Abe Duque.
