- Born in 1977, in the city of Aberdeen in Scotland, Kabaa Modern (his real name's David) meet the electronic music in 1990, because friends bring to him Cds of Jungle from England and Trance from Holland. After his 1st "Wake Up" party in 1992 at the Re..Born in 1977, in the city of Aberdeen in Scotland, Kabaa Modern (his real name's David) meet the electronic music in 1990, because friends bring to him Cds of Jungle from England and Trance from Holland. After his 1st "Wake Up" party in 1992 at the Rex, he took the slap of his life, and he decided to become Dj, because of a guy named "Laurent Garnier".. He'll become the resident of the "Neo Club" less than one year later, play aside of guy ohm & Dr No, And by the way, made his own place into the closed circle of the raves in Paris. 3 years later, he moved to the French Riviera, under the sun, and start to play in various club (La Fourmi Rouge, Le Bpm, l'Opéra, Le Disco 7, La Suite or Le Vertigo & La Plage), and under various pseudos (Dj Mad, David Silver, Dynatech). Then he moved to Antwerp city in Belgium and become the resident of the Bozo club and The Bar Room, high place of the night in this city. 2002, he's back in south of France, where he met the boss of Zébra.3 Recording with which he works for a time, meanwhile, he continue to play behind the decks, from the deepest house to the hardest techno aside of talentuous artists, such as Oxia, Joris Voorn, Paul Nazca, Da Fresh, Nicolas Masseyeff, Alex Millan, Laurent N., Anorak, Nick Nexx, Michel Spoon, Gary Brown, And few others, and mixing in reputed clubs such as Le Minimal (Juan Les Pins), La Loco or Le Queen (Paris), in the same time, he start production. 2007, he stopped the deejaying and took his retire of the local scene to focus on his productions and his work in studio. 2009, the firsts tracks appears and Kabaa Modern comes to the day, the tracks received the support of some Djs all around european scene and have been into the playlists of their radio shows. 2011, Kabaa Modern's music meet a keen interest and David is back on the electronic scene with his First EP "Love IS..." on Monsieur Charles Productions. In the same Time, his first remix for A.D.E, on Elliptic Records comes into the "Top 100 electro House " during the first week and his second track "Another Night With You" has been choosen as one Of the best tracks for 2011 on Selected Records Madrid. He's currently working on new tracks and focus on these sounds to make us dreamin again with his own music. To be continued.. Né en 1977 dans la ville d'Aberdeen en Écosse, Kabaa Modern (David de son vrai prénom), rencontre la musique électronique en 1990, Grace à des amis qui lui ramène des Cds de Jungle d'Angleterre et de Trance de Hollande, après sa 1ère soirée "Wake Up" au Rex en 1992, il prend la claque qui bouleversera le reste de sa vie, Grace à un certain "Laurent Garnier"... Et se décide à mixer, il devient alors résident moins d'un an plus tard au "Neo Club" à Paris au coté de Guy Ohm & Dr No, puis chemin faisant, il se fait une place dans le circuit Très fermé des raves parisiennes de l'époque. 3 ans plus tard, David décide de migrer sur la côte d'azur, au soleil, il prend alors ses quartiers à Cannes, oú il officiera dans divers clubs (La Fourmi Rouge, Le Bpm, l'Opéra, Le Disco 7, La Suite ou encore Le Vertigo et La Plage), et sous divers pseudos (Dj Mad, David Silver, Dynatech). Puis, il décide de partir à nouveau, et s'installe dans la ville d'Anvers en Belgique, oú il deviendra résident du Bozo Club et du Bar Room, lieux incontournable de la ville. 2002, David revient sur le côte d'azur, et se lie d'amitié avec les patrons de Zébra.3 Recording, avec lesquels il fera un bout de route, et continuera à distiller ses sets, allant de la Deep House la plus feutrée, à la Hard Tek la plus rugueuse, jouant aux côtés d'artistes prestigieux tels que Oxia, Joris Voorn, Paul Nazca, Da Fresh, Nicolas Masseyeff, Alex Millan, Laurent N., Anorak, Nick Nexx, Michel Spoon, Gary Brown, et bien d'autres, mixant dans des clubs réputé tels que Le Minimal (Juan Les Pins) ou encore La Loco ou Le Queen (Paris), tout en commençant à se mettre à la composition. 2007, il arrête de mixer et se retire de la scène locale pour se concentrer sur ses compositions et son travail en studio. 2009, les 1ères tracks apparaissent et Kabaa Modern voit le jour, ses productions reçoivent un Très bon acceuil et le soutien des Djs de diverses scènes et pays européens, qui les intègrent dans leur playlists sur divers show radio. 2011, sa musique rencontre un certain engouement, et David revient sur la scène électronique, avec son premier maxi "Love IS..." chez Monsieur Charles Productions Label. Dans le même temps, son premier remix pour A.D.E sorti sur Elliptic Records, rentre dans un "Top 100 Electro House" lors de sa première semaine, et son deuxième titre "Another Night With You" à été choisi pour figurer parmi les meilleurs morceaux de l'année 2011 sur le label Selected Records Madrid. Actuellement, il travaille sur ses prochains titres auquels il consacre tout ses soins afin de nous régaler les oreilles de ces sons qu'ils affectionne!.
