- LARISSE VAN DOORN had a thing for the music from the early steps of life. When she was 13 years and had received her first synthesizer as gift from her father, she became addicted to the music. A love and passion that won’t leave her, better described as her own words: "I am the eye of the musical storm that surrounds me….“ After her final exams she started to do apprenticeships in various enterprises like a company that published a music magazine or in a promotion company for music bands. She would become involved with the musical industry by working as A&R for different labels and learning from top names the true ways of the musical journey. She is known for her love for the 12””, especially the limited and colored ones , and she spend a lot of her time in listening and preparing her own vinyl collection. In 2011 Larisse started her own DJ and producing carrier. Her sets are influenced by that specific Berlinese 12”” electronic sound. In 2011 she debuted on the famous Quanticman Records with a two track ep which drawn attention to the higher names that a new star was born. Tanzbar digital quickly spotted her as a young , eclectic and quality producer . Her second ep called Second Chance received support from: Kolombo , Maetrik , Dj Sneak , Luciano , Patrick Zigon , Steve Lawler and more. In 2012 she entered the Biggfutt agency rooster alongside: Horatio , Steve Nash , Maximiljan , Katoline , Herck , Elchinsoul. Her mixing skills matched with her musical producing skills as well . Larisse has a very electic taste for special tracks , tracks that move the crowd in any direction she wants.
