- Born and raised in the south of France, Locomote is a dj and producer who now lives in Montreal, Canada. He is always looking forward to capture your mind with a blend dry and cold sounds mixed together with punchy bass-lines. On stage his only wishes..EN Locomote is a dj and a producer now based in Montreal since 2008. As an alchemist mixing catchy bass lines with minimal sounds, he is one of those who, on stage, share their deep passion for electronic sounds made to dance. As a dj, he met the canadian public for the first time during Piknik Electronik, where he plaid under his pseudonym Maudite Machine. Then, Locomote developped his talent as a producer and signed his first EP in June 2012 on Quadbytes Records, Minimal Monsters. A remix for the Banditos duo is also forthcoming on this label. FR Originaire du sud de la France, Locomote est un artiste Dj et producteur installé à Montréal depuis 2010. Alchimiste d’un savant mélange composé d’entrainantes lignes de basses parsemées de sons minimaux, il est de ceux qui, sur scène, partagent avec passion leur amour des sonorités électroniques les plus dansantes. Son premier contact avec le public canadien aura été le temps d’un Piknik Electronik sous son pseudonyme Maudite Machine. Depuis, Locomote travaille la production.
