- Globelectronica – global beats for the global family! Collaborations with artists and labels from 20+ countries and travel experiences in 25+ countries from North America to Southeast Asia merge into the unique transcultural sound of the M.Age.Project.(Organic House / Downtempo / 92-122 BPM) The M.Age.Project takes the listener on a colorful trip into cross-genre realms of various cultural influences and state-of-the-art electro-organic sounds. Producer and DJ Matthias H. from Hanover/Germany, well-equipped with the skills of a classically trained jazz musician, is the musical mind behind the M.Age.Project and with more than a decade of experience in the music production business, he can look back on numerous releases on labels such as Sony Music, Lump Records (Chile), Baikal Nomads (Russia), Ohxalá Records (Portugal), Cosmovision Records (Canada), Planet Ibiza (Spain), Shango Records (Greece), Camel VIP (Romania), Nu Bohème and Peacelounge (Germany). His music gained support by renowned radio stations and DJs from within the global electronic music scene like Ibiza Global Radio, bloop.london, KissFM Australia, planet radio, orf/fm4, Sabo, Goldcap, Makossa (& Megablast), Guy Laliberté. Musical collaborations include acclaimed artists of the contemporary organic house/downtempo scene such as Holed Coin (Spain), Jean Vayat (USA/Ukraine), Raidho (Poland), The Oddness (Australia), Barda (Argentina), Catatonique (Mexico), Juliano Gomez (Brazil), Tribilin Sound (Peru), Orkidz (USA/Morocco), Serkan Eles, Erhan Yilmaz (Turkey), Anber (Greece), Slow Nomaden, Andreas Balicki, AmuAmu, Mono&Kusten, Michael Simon, Lui Mafuta (Germany) and many more. In 2013 Matthias H. was given the special honor of composing and playing music for His Holiness the 14th Dalai Lama. The work was performed with 400 kids and young people during the Nobel Peace Prize winner's visit to Hanover as part of an educational event concerning the future prospects for children and the need for a Global Ethic. The release of the daring full-length album "Tattoo Tara" in 2017 marked the defining step from balearic chill-out onto the stage of world music influenced club sounds. With beard braids behind the turntables the dedicated DJ premiered his fresh signature sound of deep rhythms, ethnic elements and synthesized wizardry at "Masala", which has been one of the most respected worldbeat festivals in Europe in the past 25 years. Joining forces with the crew of "Meeronauten Musik" from Hamburg since summer 2022 marks another essential step in his recent musical development, marked in particular by the release of the EP "Essence" in collaboration with Dr. Christian Rätsch (internationally renowned expert on Mayan culture, shamanism and psychoactive plants). With the potential of this crew of artists, performing at esteemed festivals and clubs all over Germany and abroad such as Fusion, 3000Grad, Meeresrausch, Katerblau, Klunkerkranich, Baalsaal, Conny Kramer, Bahnwärter Thiel… to name but a few, a promising new chapter is on the horizon!
