- Musician & filmmaker from Buenos AiresFrom drummer to techno producer, Manu Calmet is passionate about rhythms. Creating experiences and textures through sounds, he keeps the groove into his productions. From uploading club tools on SoundCloud to playing at different nightclubs in Buenos Aires, and collaborating with different artists from the local scene. Since 2023, he is the resident DJ/live performer of the queer collective/label HIEDRAH. He has collaborated with Sara Hebe, Sassyggirl, DJ Sustancia, and many more. He has had releases on Angels Gun Club, Jerry Horny, and JELL. Pulling inspiration from Latin rhythms and Argentinian culture, Manu's productions stand out from their diversity of references and styles. With a deep appreciation for the art form. Whether in the studio or behind the decks, Manu pours his heart and soul into every project he undertakes.
