Born on the sunny isle of Ibiza in 1990 this young DJ is now beginning to make a big impact on the Balearic Electronic scene. Manu worked for many years in the famous Discos Delta buying,the most record store and one of the best in the world, ordering and selling vinyls for all the famous DJ/Producers who were based on Ibiza. From the age of 15 Manu has been involved in the Ibiza scene, developing his own style based on quality music skills and sound experience learnt from dealing with the best professionals from this early age. Manu has his own special way of understanding and interpreting Balearic music mixes with his influences ranging from Chicago House, Detroit Techno to the latest trends including quality tech house mixed with groovy cool touches of contemporary underground sound ALWAYS with the main focus being the dance floor and the crowd. Manu's funky powerful grooves and old school style DJ sets have won him many fans all over the world . Here in Ibiza, Manu is playing regularly at what most people consider to be the best clubs in the world; Space, Pacha and Privilege. Manu has a summer residency at Privilege where along with Baby Marcelo and DJ Oliver, they head up the extremely popular and successful night, 'The Face'. Manu has shared the DJ cabin showcasing with legends such as John Digweed, Supernova, Mandy and Solomun, who all acknowledge Manu's talent. For such a young guy, Manu has already established an international fan base playing all over the world in Mexico, Estonia, Austria, Germany, Scotland, Italy and Rumania and many other countries. Most weekends when not travelling abroad Manu is playing in Madrid,Barcelona and all over Spain,including some Ibiza winter residences also. When not DJing, Manu can be found in his studio producing and editing tracks for prestigious labels such as Natural Rhythm Berlin, Novo Music Spain or Get Funky, Rumania. His tracks have been played and supported by Marco Carola, Luciano and DJ Sneak and many more who are all happy to work with the sound of Manu. Back home in Ibiza, Manu works for Ibiza Global Radio with his show going out live on Mondays between 2000 and 2100hrs hosted by Ibiza Dance. Manu was selected by Pioneer DJ Radio to do their very first inaugural show which was a huge success. With a cluster of DJ award nominations, Manu Gonzalez is considered to be one of the youngest and brightest DJ / Producer prospects which the Ibiza club culture has produced and for many represents The Sound Of Ibiza. Nacido en la isla en 1990, este jovencísimo Dj y productor es ya una realidad dentro de la escena electrónica con denominación de origen balear. Trabajo desde muy joven en la que fue la mejor tienda de música electrónica en España y una de las mejores del mundo "Discos Delta Ibiza" vendiendo y haciendo pedidos de vinilos para Djs que trabajaban en Ibiza o fuera de la isla.Esto hizo que Manu afinara su oído durante años y adquiriese un bagaje musical que a día de hoy,esta muy reflejado en su carrera y considerado. Su manera de entender la música mezcla el sentido baleárico de la música electrónica con las tendencias más actuales; Desde el Chicago House al Detroit Techno,pasando por tech house de calidad, con groove, frescura y toques underground, pero siempre pensando en la pista de baile. Eso le ha llevado a pinchar habitualmente en los mejores clubes de la isla, algunos de ellos considerados algunos de los mejores clubes del mundo: Space Ibiza, Pacha Ibiza o Privilege Ibiza, entre otros, son lugares habituales para Gonzalez.Manu a trabajado durante cuatro años en el club mas grande del mundo "Privilege Ibiza" todas las semanas de verano,club donde a mostrado lo mejor de su maleta compartiendo cartel con artistas como: Solomun,John Digweed,M.A.N.D.Y,Supernova o Hernan Cataneo entre otros. Es para destacar también que es el primer Deejay y Productor nacido en ibiza que colabora con la marca Pioneer DJ y pinchara en el International Music Summit (IMS) que se celebra en Mayo antes de la temporada en Ibiza,Dalt Vila.Un evento reconocido mundialmente como una de las conferencias mas potentes del mundo junto a la Miami Winter Conference (MWC) o el Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) donde normalmente actúan pilares de la música como Sven Vath,Loco Dice,Solomun,Steve Angello,Pete Tong,Maya Jane Coles,Todd Terry..por nombrar algunos. Pero no todo es Ibiza. Una vez acabada la temporada de verano, Manu suele pinchar fuera ciudades de toda la península ibérica y clubes de países como Austria, Mexico,Edimburgo,Estonia,Italia,Suiza o Rumania han tenido y tienen frecuentemente a Gonzalez como artista invitado. Además, completa su faceta artística editando sus propias producciones en prestigiosos sellos como Knee Deep In Sound (HotSince82) Isgud Records,Natural Rhythm(Romania) o Novo Music(Spain)…apoyados y pinchados por artistas como: Marco Carola,Carl Cox,Maceo Plex,Laurent Garnier,Luciano o Dubfire..entre otros. Actualmente su residencia semanal se encuentra en Sankeys Ibiza,todos los miércoles del verano con Tribal Sessions,una de las fiestas mas potentes de la isla en el que es sin duda el club de moda en el circuito underground y compaginado con fechas en Ushuaia Ibiza,Carl Cox en Space y otros.
