  • Born in Livorno in 1985, Marco Effe is considered one of the most important talents in the Italian music scene.
    In just a few years, thanks to his discographic productions consistently supported and played by the best artists in the global clubbing scene, Marco has managed to establish himself internationally. Early Career and Initial Success In 2007, Marco began composing his own music, releasing his first track in November 2008, which immediately gained great success. His talent further manifested with the release of "Malaysia/Muar EP" in 2010, one of the most played EPs by Richie Hawtin, released on Break New Soil, Gregor Tresher's label. This EP marked the beginning of a collaboration with world-renowned artists. Establishing Himself in the Music Scene In the spring of 2010, Marco released the track "Janet" on the album "Cécille Italy," which expressed his unmistakable style characterized by elegant and increasingly refined sounds. This style is also evident in his "From Kalida To Hyden EP," released on the renowned "Sci+Tec" label by Dubfire, who named Marco as "his favorite producer at the moment." Moving to Berlin and Further Success In November 2011, Marco moved to Berlin, where the new environment deeply influenced his sound, as can be heard in his subsequent productions. On September 29, 2012, Marco debuted at Time Warp Italy, one of the most important events in the global Techno scene. Shortly after, he released "Jellied Eels" on Cocoon Recordings, a track included in the album "Dots & Pearls 2," marking another significant step in his career. This track was played by artists like Sven Väth, Luciano, Adam Beyer and many many more. Continuous Growth and Recent Projects Marco's relentless artistic growth led him to release the "Unmanned Mission EP" with remixes by Dustin Zahn and DJ Hyperactive, confirming the quality of his productions. From 2014 to 2022, Marco was a resident at the Watergate club in Berlin with his project Impress Berlin, where art and music merge into a new event concept, reflecting the modern identity of clubbing. As part of the IMPRESS project, Marco launched his new alias "E-Artist," which made its discographic debut on Impress Music, the label associated with the project. International Recognition Marco has performed in countries such as Argentina, Brazil, Vietnam, USA, Chile, Australia, Mexico, Korea, China, and Bolivia. His precise technique makes his performances unique, always managing to captivate and entertain the audience in the best clubs.
