- :move and understand:Marius Laurentiu aka Mau. born in Romania and living in Italy , discovers electronic music thanks to techno clubs near his town. At the age of 16 he starts buying techno , house and funky records and falls in love with nightlife and djing. 3 years later he leaves Italy and goes to London's finest music school, Point Blank '' for a one month full immersion dj course.There he descovers Ableton and dj producing. back in Italy he start producing and thanks to Presslab records founders he releases his first ep.The friendship with presslaboys gets deeper and Marius starts working in the presslab studio as a&r of a digital label.There he improves his producing skiils learning from pro how to use synth kaybord, compressors etc, having several producing courses and getting his PRO TOOLS 101 certificate of completion. In november 2009 he meets Andrea Bigi and start a collaboration that takes them to the next level by releasing on labels like Viva Music, Bla Bla, Monique musique, Be real , Catwash. they start playing at several big events in all over europe , Amsterdam at bla bla parties, Frankfurt at Thanzaus west, Studio 80 , sensi Chisinau, Barcellona at picknic electronik, dublin and in italy as residents in 3 clubs, playing along side important names of electronic music. In 2014 Marius is half of BAL project (Bigi and Laurentiu) releasing theys debut ep on Genial records , and master mind of alias Mau. the underground project started for the love of vinyls , to release music for body mind and soul. As Mau. he signs his firts ep on Body Parts another on inwave records a track on Memoria records VA and one on tzinah records…
