- Matias Fontanella nació en 1990 en Buenos Aires, Argentina. Musico y compositor , que desde pequeño fue tomando un carácter más profundo y profesional a lo largo de su camino, hoy nos ofrece un show en vivo contemplando el arte audio visual.Matias Fontanella was born in 1990, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. He has been a musician and a composer from an early age and currently offers an amazing live show covering the entire audiovisual field. Thanks to being part of several music bands and solo projects, his music career covered a wide range of musical genres. Electronic music became part of his life in 2010. A pro-founding new interest was awoken in him which would lead him to experience a whole new style of musical projects. Attracted by the sounds of minimal and all its subgenres, he soon developed an interesting personal sound which would lead him to play in one of the city’s great clubs (Maos Club). This was the beginning of his career as an established artist in the scene. After the success and great feedback from the locals on his mixing talents, he soon got phone calls from clubs everywhere around Buenos Aires (Niceto, M.O.D). Being actively a part of the scene, he decided to broaden his musical knowledge by obtaining several degrees in musical production, mixing & mastering, sound engineering and live sound for bands. He attended to well-known institutions such as Arjaus, UNQUI, Inartec and INSOUND and also took personal lessons with DJ/Producer Javier Ferreira. As an active producer, he has already released 3 EP through the labels Street Habitat, Ninefont & Adro Records. His material received support from several artists such as Javier Ferreira, Gabriel Ferreira, Troy Pierce, The badgers & La Fraicheur and his tracks have already been played in different clubs & festivals around the world such as “Burning Man”. Having played in serveral pubs & clubs in Argentina: Input, Niceto Club, M.O.D., among others, he has recently returned from his Europe trip, where he demonstrated once again his renewing attitude, by performing a high level vinyl set at T-vinyl (Barcelona). During this trip he also played at GG and La Radio. His constant evolution reveals that his career as a DJ/producer will give us plenty of new experiences, rise up to new horizons and live up to the great expectations everyone who knows this great artist/person has.
