- Matt Warren has been a valuable part of the international music community for many years. His many accomplishments have earned him a loyal following amongst club-goers and DJ’s looking for the next beat.Matt began his career as a DJ in 1979. By 1985 he was not only spinning records in some of Chicago’s hottest clubs, but was also serving as a Billbord Magazine reporting DJ. He is one of the originators of the infamous “Chicago House Music” sound of the 80’s. Matt was also an original member of the “WGCI Master Mix 6.” Matt’s career as a DJ has taken him around the globe playing gigs from Hawaii to Switzerland and all over the U.S. & Canada at clubs in cities including: New York, Miami,Toronto,Honolulu, Zurich & Paris. Matt has held longtime residencies in high profile Chicago nightclubs including: Excalibur, Rednofive, Kirkwood & Mercadito. Just to name a few. From the latest Top 40 to the classics, Matt always has the dance floor jumping.
