- Gangsters of The GrooveThe journey begins in 2018 when two artists from the European techno scene join forces to found Mercury 200. Behind their mask hides two musical mercenaries. Without rules or conventions to respect they were mandated to elaborate a raw, sharp and exhilarating music with stirring and puzzling textures in order to apprehend the fundamental relationship between spirit and sound. Therefore Mercury 200 must hit the guts and emotionally capture its audience because they will do everything to tame the animosity slumbering in each human being with their machines. A quest thereby without boundaries but with for reward -if well executed- an audience that offers them a clue, a path to follow in their research.
