- Monday Club is the musical meeting of minds of Luke May & Paul Sidoli. They have a long, shared history of all things Acid House and with releases on ALiVE, Black Butter, Muzik Box and a 12” EP about to drop on the mighty ViVa Music, their new baby ref..As one half of Cosmonauts, Paul has enjoyed a successful career that has seen him DJ extensively across the world, remix revered artist’s such as Moby, Empire Of The Sun, M83, have a string of releases consecutively hit the Beatport Deep House & Nu Disco charts and even feature on Pete Tong’s ‘Essential New Tune’ twice. Accolades also include a two-year residency at Ministry Of Sound London where Cosmonauts hosted and curated the successful ‘Spacestation’ parties and played alongside Sasha, Todd Terje, The Magician to name a few. Other notable appearances include Pacha Ibiza, Zouk Singapore, The Nest and XOYO London. Luke is one half of Medicine 8 who have had the pleasure of remixing the likes of Orbital, Xpress 2, Manic Street Preachers, Kylie Minogue and Tiga to name a few and have dj’d across the globe, taking up residencies at the legendary Centro Fly in NYC, Pacha Buenos Airies, Kama Kama Italy and Ministry of Sound London as well as numerous appearances in Ibiza, Brazil, Russia, Japan, France, Singapore, Taipei and many others. Medicine 8 regularly provided guest mixes for Radio 1 including performing live from Ibiza for the Radio 1 Essential weekender. Luke is also currently releasing under the moniker Decius which is collaboration with Johnny Aux of Paranoid London who have just seen their first release “Come To Me Villa” top the Clone Records 12” chart for 4 weeks. Previous Monday Club releases have picked up plays from luminaries such as Pete Tong, Steve Lawler, Shadow Child, Hot Since 82, Joris Voorn, Denney, Huxley, Shir Khan, Betoko, Martin Ikin, SLAM, NT89, Justin Robertson, Tough Love, James Zabiela, Mella Dee, My Nu Leng, MANIK, Cera Alba to name a few.. Its safe to say that between them Luke & Paul definitely have the experience and know how to take care of any discerning dance floor.
