- Hari Nayla, founder of On Point Worldwide Records, is a UK born selector with years of involvement in the South East Asian music scene.At 15, Hari Nayla traded his drum kit for turntables and started collecting records. He embarked on a journey of discovering various genres and eras. Alongside this exploration, Nayla mastered the art of creating hip hop beats and dusty edits, establishing his own artistic style. Currently, Nayla's music direction revolves around capturing the power of intergalactic sounds. He delves into the realms of prog house, electro, and the soul-stirring echoes of 90s House, uncovering hidden treasures that ignite dancefloors. Over the last couple of years, Nayla has quickly built up an impressive portfolio. He has featured on the line-ups of some of Europes most popular music festivals: Meadows In The Mountains, Secret Garden Party, Boomtown, and Shambala. He has begun to take his sounds across the seas, to countries such as Thailand, Malaysia, Vietnam, Myanmar, Bulgaria and Portugal. This includes festivals such as Wonderfruit, Jai Thep, Tao Festival, Quest Festival and Kolour (Bangkok). Nayla has also played with and supported popular artists such as Ben UFO, Giles Peterson, Hodge, Romain FX, Cleveland, and Sameed and is holding down multiple residencies across the Europe and Asia. His adaptable, diverse style and genre bending sets make him an ideal addition to any party! Nayla’s cleverly assorted, inspiring track selection and extended DJ sets will keep you mesmerised in the dance - all day, all night and all day again!
