He discovered the electronic music at the age of 16 at the undergrounds parties. The firsts decks he played were from a friend. What began as a hobby, soon became a way of life. In late 2008, together with George Privatti, Luis Lugilde, Miguel Moraleda and Kalas Selektah, he formed the musical collective BCN PLAYGROUND; organizing their own parties full of minimal, tech-house and techno music. Expanding his variety of performances in many renowned clubs such as elRow, Florida 135, La Cova, Kgb, Millenium Cosmic Club, Zoom, Memphis, Le Bako, Elmoscou, Miau, DC10 barcelona, The club, Eden .......sharing lineup with renown djs like Ben Sims, Carl Cox, Felix Krocher, Bart Skils, Cristian Varela, Vitalic, Technasia, Mario Biani, Marc Maya, James Ruskin, Oscar Mulero, Ken Ishii, Surgeon, Fatima Hajji, Nuria Ghia, Umek, Mirko Loco, Raul Mezcolanza, Aitor Ronda... Nowadays all the members of the collective create their own productions, reaching important top lists in their own label KRAPULA MUZIK. Many important djs have played his tracks such as the great Richie Hawtin. He often releases on labels on the techno market such as: TOOLROOM RECORDS, BE ONE RECORDS, LOOPING RECORDS, KRAPULA MUZIK, UPFRONT RECORDS, ATTARY RECORDS, WAKE UP, BRIZA MUSIC, etc... When playing, he always still true to his powerful, rhythmic and fresh TECH-HOUSE sound. --------------------------------------------------------- NEIL SAM es un Dj y productor Barcelonés nacido en el año 1982. Él descubrió la música electrónica a la edad de 16 años en fiestas alternativas . Los primeros platos que toco eran de un amigo. Lo que comenzó como una afición, pronto se hizo una forma de vida. A finales del 2008, Neil Sam junto a George Privatti, Luis Lugilde, Miguel Moraleda y Kalas Selektah, forman el colectivo musical BCN PLAYGROUND; Organizando sus propias fiestas cargadas de minimal, tech-house y techno. Ampliando su abanico de actuaciones en muchas salas de renombre como Row14, Florida 135, La Cova, Kgb, Millenium Cosmic Club, Zoom, Memphis, Le Bako, Elmoscou, Miau, DC10 barcelona, The club, Eden ....... compartiendo cartel con Dj’s de la talla de Ben Sims, Carl Cox, Felix Krocher, Bart Skils, Cristian Varela, Vitalic, Technasia, Mario Biani, Marc Maya, James Ruskin, Oscar Mulero, Ken Ishii, Surgeon, Fatima Hajji, Nuria Ghia, Umek, Mirko Loco, Raul Mezcolanza, Aitor Ronda... En la actualidad todos los miembros de este colectivo crean sus propias producciones, consiguiendo unos tops de ventas muy remarcables. Decidiéndose así a formar su propio sello discográfico, llamado KRAPULA MUZIK. Diferentes djs de renombre han pinchado alguno de sus tracks, uno de ellos, el gran Richie Hawtin. A sacado temas en sellos como : TOOLROOM RECORDS, BE ONE RECORDS, LOOPING RECORDS, KRAPULA MUZIK, UPFRONT RECORDS, ATTARY RECORDS, WAKE UP, BRIZA MUSIC , etc... Delante de los platos siempre es fiel a su sonido contundente, llevadero y fresco, encajandose principalmente en el estilo TECH-HOUSE.
