- Nitetales is an Ibiza Club New World Tour DJ, presenter on Phever radio and Deeplomatic Recordings Artist. He plays across the genres of deep house, deep techno and modern disco. He has his own night Deep Discoteca which tours the clubs in Ireland.Nitetales is the artist name of Mel Donnellan. Nitetales is a Dublin based International DJ with residencies for Ibiza Club News World Tour and Pygmalion Dublin. He has played in Panama Club Amsterdam already this year as part of the Ibiza Club News World tour. Nitetales debut release is coming out soon on Deeplomatic Recordings. His energy coupled with an infectious joy and ability to connect with the room, has seen him recently headline The Red Bull Tropical Garden at Electric Picnic, the Disco Stage at Forbidden Fruit Festival, perform at The Beatyard Festival Afterparty alongside Horse Meat Disco and at the Disco Chapel at Barn Dance Festival. He calls his DJ and production style as Deep Discoteca which gives him the ability to play across deep percussive house, modern disco and deep techno. He has also started a night with the same name with it’s residency in the infamous venue The Bernard Shaw. He is also a presenter on the excellent Phever radio. He has performed guest DJ sets at venues such as Tengu, Opium Rooms, Hangar, The Bernard Shaw and Wigwam. International sets for Gatecrasher UK, Funky Buddha Hanoi, Vietnam and at the Winter Music Conference in Miami, USA. A sublime technician behind the decks, Nitetales is known for fluid and dynamic sets, which span from spans across his deeply loved genres. Nitetales has played with collectives such as Melodic, Abstract, Sense, Bodytonic, Orange Tree Edits, Local Heros, The Early Shift, Together Disco and Houseworx Mullingar.
