- Omar Dahl brings a live set of electronic music. Synths and drones support the groovy beats that get you in the mood for dancing. Brass and strings top this all off with catchy melodies, inspired by Arabic and Balkan music.After a first EP ‘Zura’ in 2019, Omar Dahl released their single Oscar’s Walk in 2020. The song is part of The White Collection, a compilation album that was put together and recorded by the Ghent label Eskimo Recordings. Just prior to the summer of 2021, the band released Piruet, another single which they released through Global Hybrid Records. After this release Omar Dahl played a few shows, both at home and abroad, including Petit Bain (Paris) & Soundscape Festival (Istanbul). In the past they also performed at Wakana Reunion (Spain) & Tropen Tango Festival (Germany). In early 2022, the band’s latest EP Where We Left was finalized in Studio Porino in Antwerp. The EP was released March 17th through the German label, Underyourskin Records.
