- Belfast based electronic producer, DJ + live artist.Bubbling beneath the surface of Belfast’s subterranean, Bangor born artist Optmst has quietly built repute as one of the cities unique, dedicated artists, harnessing his distinct take on breakbeat, IDM and leftfield techno. Deeply inspired by primitive trance states, progressive sounds and the breaks era, he has an atmospheric approach to his sets and sound, blending energetic styles into deep and refreshing rhythmic experiences. He spends his days in studio and project Ayeland within Vault Artist Studios, an old college building in East Belfast that has been occupied by community of over 100 multidisciplinary artists Over the past few years under various monikers and projects he's achieved recognition and contributed to the culture in Belfast whilst humbly developing his sound and releasing music from other artists.̸Optmst - Oracle [R&S Records] RVTRAX05
