- OTHR is the project of Georgian national Ladouka Ninua, a resident of KHIDI Club in Tbilisi, where he regularly plays memorable performances both as a DJ and live artist.Ninua's close connections to his home town through his mentoring program of local DJs and producers have left an enduring legacy that has firmly established him at the forefront of Tbilisi's musical scene. Music has been an integral part most of Ninua's life ever since he first learned to play the guitar and piano from the age of 6. From this experience Ninua has cultivated an impressive knowledge of music which he has demonstrated over the years with a number of releases across different genres. OTHR’s production displays Ninua’s diverse musical development, from his background as a guitarist and vocalist in metal and post-punk bands, an award winning ambient/noise producer and to his present characteristic industrial-oriented techno with punk vocals defined by groovy distorted baselines mixed with powerful harmonious and cold concrete notes. With releases on Hound, KHIDI Label, Liber Null, Murder Records, Persephonic Sirens, and a forthcoming release on Phase Fatale's label BITE, OTHR is set to make an imprint on Europe's techno scene.
