- Peja (real name Amedeo Mazzotti) is an underground techno producer from Rome. His journey through the music industry started ten years ago with his first release, but his music culture has been built long before.Vinyl collector and 360° music listener, Peja has been influenced from a lot of music from the underground record shops in Rome and his roots has been based on turntables and vinyl. His sets in the most influential countries for the electronic music, like Holland ,Germany or France, helped to increase and maturate a specific and rough sound for his sessions. Peja’s peculiarity is always present in his music, big room bass and an overdrived sound like his “Acid planet” is a great example of the power from his tracks. Fastidious in the studio, Peja approaches his production with attention to detail ,he is always ready to capture and interpret his feelings to insert in his productions and always aim to give his own interpretation of a track. His numerous releases led him to collaborate and be remixed from well known names in the techno scene like Roberto Capuano, Florian Meindl, Rich Jones just to name a few, and his tracks has been charted and played by the most influential artists around.
