As a little kid he was influenced by many kind of music as his parents were musicians. He played on piano for 6 years and drums for 8 years, but never enjoyed really the prewritten songs. In 1998 when he was at the age of 11 he started to compose songs on piano, and the same year he got a used pc which had a simple music editor program on it by the previous owner. That point has totally changed his childhood, he spent months with trying to find his own sound. Later he started DJing at school parties and in 2002 he did his first gig in a local club. In this period he was studying in school though he was working really hard too to be able to afford the newest techno and house vinyls. As time went by he played in lots of hungarian clubs with some well known DJs and performed in radio shows as well. In 2004 one of his tracks was selected to appear on the Hungarian Techno Only compilation under the name Maybe, this brought some reputation to him. In 2006 he produced the official anthem of the 1st Hungarian Techno Festival. Later he wasn’t satisfied with the changes of electronic music, so DJing took a back-seat for a little while. He produced music under several aliases, then in 2009 he started a new project called Zebra Beatz. The main song of the first EP called Zebra Acid has become the favourite record of James Zabiela, he dropped this song for more than a half year every weekend in the world's best clubs. In 2011 Peter won the DJ contest of nugen.fm’s Audio Control Radio Show, this has brought him back to the electronic music scene again but this time under the alias Peter M. Lawrence. Currently he is in love again with oldschool house music and working on the first release of his own label.
