- Cologne based producer and live act, see full biography for more information about me.Born in Cologne and raised near Frankfurt and in the south of Germany, Peter Pardeike discovered his passion for music and design at a very early stage in his life. He grew up influenced by the 80ies electro, EBM, funk music and the big area of music videos and computer graphics. In the early 90ies, he found himself in a club experiencing a DJ set from techno legend Jeff Mills. From that point on the fascination and massive energy of techno and house never let go off him, and eventually lead him to start DJing in clubs in south Germany. Shortly after that he found his way into producing his own music and performing live sets, next to running his successful graphic design business. After releasing some of his work under his past pseudonym Repete, including a remix of Henrik Schwarz’s track “Leave My Head Alone Brain” on the Sunday Music imprint, he decided to continue his music career as Peter Pardeike. By that time, he already started to collaborate with Innervisions artist Marcus Worgull, with whom he produced the track “Salam”. As a result of this, Pardeike made his first appearance on the Innervisions imprint run by Âme and Dixon, with the release of the “Muwekma” EP in 2012. The collaboration became even more fruitful with the release of their second EP on Innervisions, “Lenoix”. The title track of the EP turned out to be a huge success and was played and charted by DJs worldwide and received a very high recognition all across the underground music scene. After the success of their second EP, the two returned to label for the 3rd time with the “Trivia” EP. Next to his highly praised releases on Innervisions, Peter Pardeike pressed his stamp on multiple other big music labels like Anjunadeep, Moodmusic, Extravaganza and his most recent work on Diynamic Music’s sister label 2DIY4, in the shape of a very well constructed remix of Lehar’s track “Number One Hero”. His latest release found its way into the sets of several big international DJs, including Solomun, who used it to open his set during this year’s Diynamic Music showcase at BPM Festival. With new music on the horizon on Connaisseur Recordings, he will make his first appearance as part of their “10y of CNS Part 1” various artists EP. To celebrate their 10 year anniversary, he will make his first contribution to the label with the release of his collaboration track with Olderic, titled “Connaisseur”.
