- Project 313 is the creative collaboration of Detroit based techno producers, Chad Parraghi and Nick Bien. In 2007 Chad & Nick created the full service techno outlet Blank Code. Project 313 has released music on Blank Code Records, D-Records and Illegal..Project 313 is the creative collaboration of Detroit based techno producers, Chad Parraghi and Nick Bien. They each made their DJ debut in the 1990’s, and have been performing at underground events, nightclubs and festivals across North America and Europe ever since. During their performances you can expect to hear post-apocalyptic deep hypnotic sounds that result in an unique aural experience. In 2007 Chad & Nick created the full service techno outlet Blank Code. Since then, Blank Code events have been a regular fixture to the Detroit techno community hosting events including: the “Substance Detroit” event series (a Movement Official after hours collaboration with Function of Sandwell District), the “Friendly Integration” event series (a collaboration with the Detroit Underground record label) and the most recent “Scene” event series which has hosted artists such as Luke Slater, DVS1, Silent Servant, Truncate, Rrose, Tommy Four Seven, Brian Sanhaji, Jay Denham, Drumcell and many more. In early 2012, Blank Code launched their record label and since then have been consistently releasing quality records including original tracks and remixes by artists Drumcell, Audio Injection, Luis Flores, Alberto Pascual, Bas Mooy and more. Project 313 has released music on Blank Code Records, D-Records and most recently on Illegal Alien Records. Their Mutate ‘Circle 2′ remix on Blank Code has been supported by artists such as Regis, Speedy J, Chris Liebing, Oscar Mulero, Drumcell and Brendon Moeller to name a few. Their most recent release on Blank Code came on the Bodies in Pawn - "Null" compilation with original mixes by Audio Injection, Luis Flores, Mutate and Joel Morgan.
