- Riccardo Schermi aka RichiPush was born in Palermo (Sicily) in 1983. He became dedicated to the fascinating world of rhythm early on. In 1998 he bought his first set of turntables and started spinning a wide range of house, funkyhouse, acid and tech..Riccardo Schermi aka RichiPush was born in Palermo (Sicily) in 1983. He became dedicated to the fascinating world of rhythm early on. In 1998 he bought his first set of turntables and started spinning a wide range of house, funkyhouse, acid and techno at local parties and clubs. Richi soon learned how to blend his sets in a thoughtfull and highly focused way, a talent that has now developed into his trademark style. At the end of 2003 he decided to move to MIlan where he plays in different clubs or parties such as Magazzini Generali, Gasoline, Codice a barre, DeSade, Shocking, Oxygene parties, etc... At the beginning of 2006 Richi, Gabriele Mancino and Dus-T launched their new project "Mah" which concentrates on more experimental and minimal sounds with some house contaminations. its vision of mixed experimentation, sensuality and dance-floor grooves. Richi’s recent move to London represents the fulfillment of another chapter in his musical career, it’s a chance to hook up with old friends, like Gepy and Totò, again and start collaborating on new plans and ideas, just like the old days. From this union the organization Undertow was born that proposes him to create a new London musical scene with international guest.
