- Amsterdam bassed Hard Techno DJ / Producer.Robin Hastings is a DJ and music producer from Rancagua, Chile, who has already made a significant impact in the industry. With a passion for electronic music, at the age of 17, Robin started playing in well-known clubs across Chile, such as El Secreto, Hopfen club, and Moka club. He even had the opportunity to perform at Huincafest festival on New Year's Eve. Throughout his career, he has shared the DJ booth with talented Chilean artists like Nia Alvarez, Ale Revees, Zaphy, Leo Rios, Chino Negro, and many more. In pursuit of taking his career to the next level, Robin decided to move to Amsterdam. In the Dutch capital, he has played in renowned clubs such as Club Atelier, Oosterbar, Coco's Outback, Vondelbunker, and more. Additionally, Robin has also performed as a DJ in Berlin, where he has earned him a growing fan base and widespread recognition in both Amsterdam and Berlin. His talent extends beyond DJing, as he has released music on labels like Etom Records, Back in Black Recordings, Red Moon and Invert Records. Despite his young age, Robin Hastings has an impressive track record and dynamic performances. His infectious energy and mixing skills have captivated audiences, earning him recognition from established artists in both Chile and the Netherlands. To further his knowledge and skills, he enrolled at the well known Point Blank Music School, where he gained invaluable insights and techniques related to the music industry. Robin's sound is characterized by rave influences and encompasses various styles, including Dark Techno, Industrial Techno, and Hard Techno. In his sets, Robin aims to create an immersive atmosphere, drawing inspiration from the euphoric sounds of the '90s Rave era. His sets feature intense and dark tones, characterized by high BPMs and industrial drums, paying homage to the genre's roots. Currently holding a prestigious residency at the renowned John Doe in Amsterdam, Robin consistently delivers electrifying performances that set the dancefloor on fire.
