- The Rulers is the story of two brothers united by a single passion: music. After spending the best years of their adolescence listening to the best projects in the minimal-techno genre, Mattia and Andrea decided to join their forces to give birth to..The brothers started producing their own tracks using their voices as weapons to make every song unique and groundbreaking. Every track is a mixture of traditional instruments and the unmistakable stamp “Kick/Bass”, typical of the minimal-tecno genre. The Rulers think Music is the best way to deal with every proofs life gives us and thanks to music they connect with their inner being.
