- Hailing from the banks of the Rhone in Lyon, France, Sentiments has slowly but surely settled as one of the most intriguing voices in the French underground scene.A key member of the Groovedge stable, home to his noteworthy debut 12", 'Thank You For The World Vol.1', the producer went on to set up his own structure, Light on Earth, in 2017, inaugurated with a split EP featuring himself and longtime partner in crime Franck Gérard and followed by his lushly flavoured second solo outing 'Purple Days'. Aiming to branch out into new, uncharted musical horizons with releases from close friends and collaborators, the label shall become the natural extension to Sentiments' ever resourceful bimonthly show on Lyon's finest LYL Radio station. Where his productions seamlessly thread their way across introspective landscapes and further deep meditative grooves - blurring the line between atmospheric abstraction, rousing Chicagoan rhythms and bleached-out house motifs, Sentiments' eclectic DJ sets conjure up versatile club narratives tailored for extended partying whilst fully committed to building an electrifying sense of communion between the dancers. With selections that span the finest of garage house to early trance, through new beat, italo and synth boogie, the Lyon-based producer has conquered audiences across the globe - from New York to Berlin, via Barcelona, Paris and Brussels, establishing a signature sound both spontaneous and minutely chiselled.
