The momentum just continues to build for this character, following his debut release, “Freak It EP” on Electric Party People which made it to number 3 in the Beatport release charts, displacing a release from Patrick Topping and Rogue D and sitting just behind releases from Elrow & Defected. With 20 years of experience under his belt, Sho is an artist who has honed his craft, coming up the ranks through house parties to having graced the decks at some of London’s most established and well known venues, including but not limited to Ministry Of Sound, Egg, Fire, McQueens, 93 Feet East, Basing House and Cafe 1001 to name but a few. In addition, Sho has been added to lineups for both We Are Festival and The Secret Garden Party. From the early days Sho cut his teeth on UK Garage, moving on to Grime and from there spending some years as a mixed genre DJ, scratching and blending through R’n’B, Dancehall and Pop. Shedding the other genres and focusing solely on House music was to be the catalyst for him getting back to production and pushing his own sound. Additionally this decision also led Sho to host a very successful show on one of London’s biggest ex-pirate radio stations, Flex FM. What this DJ brings to the table is a wealth of experience, flamboyant, dynamic mixing and a spider sense for establishing what will win the crowd.
